These Gray and White Swirl Mugs will bring a happy and soothing vibe to your morning cup of coffee or tea. The hand-formed handle provides a comfortable grip while the coffee is still piping hot. The neutral gray is lovely on the eyes, and the swirl shape feels so nice on palms and fingers.
The mugs easily hold 12 ounces; a great size for coffee or tea lovers. They stand around 4 1/2" tall, and are about 3 1/2" at the lip. All of my pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe.
The listing is for either a single mug, or a set of 2. The price of each mug will be discounted by 2$ if buying a set of 2. These mugs were made with cone 5 B-Mix clay on my potters wheel. The grey slip (a blend of water, clay and black mason stain) was applied to the pot while it was still wet on the wheel. The swirl shape was pressed in through the slip after it was applied. The glossy white glaze is transparent enough to let the soft gray shine through.
