Blue Slipped and Swirl Marked Bottle with Bowl
This handmade pottery bottle is perfect for serving any oil or vinegar, or anything you may want to serve out of something beautiful. The texture and spiral mark makes this bottle pleasant to grasp and easy to handle. The small matching bowl makes a perfect little dipping bowl for whatever you are serving.
This bottle stands about 6.5 inches tall (it's about 8.75" including the metal spout). It holds well over 11 ounces, or very nearly 350 ml. The bowl is about 3.5 inches across and 1 3/4 inches tall.
This bottle is a nice light 1 pound when empty. Both a metal spout and a plastic spout is included. All of my pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe.

I have quite a few of these little oil bowls, so you may get a different bowl - but the color and approximate size will be the same as what's described and pictured here. The piece was created on my potters wheel using cone 5 BMix clay. A layer of cobalt blue slip was painted around most of the body of the pot while it was wet on the wheel using a jagged brush. The swirl mark was then pressed into the pot, through the wet slip, as it was spinning on the wheel.
