Here’s a few videos of me throwing slipped and swirled teabowls on the wheel. The first video shows just the end of the process. The second is a bit longer, it shows me throwing the cup from beginning to end.
I am using cone 5 bmix clay and slip, with mason stains or cobalt added to the slip to create the color. The first is a robins egg blue, and second (the pink slip) is cobalt blue.
